Went into the shop in Hinckley today and I felt I had to write this honest review as for me the whole process of stopping smoking is life changing and feel others need in the same boat need to knowSo the shop is impressive, although the volume of security cameras is very unnecessary and unnerving and doesnt give the right impression of what a retail outlet should be. The shop has a lot of flavours and e-cigarettes than you can try before you purchase by using their sterile plastic mouth pieces...sterile !? Dusty rubber things put in a box with a lid on doesnt make something sterile... and that put me off the whole process of trying anything.The E-cigarettes were impressive and I havent seen a shop before with so many to choose from, and the prices werent bad either, however the girl in the shop today looked like she was being held against her will and showed little interest in wanting to help me and the silly squabbling between the girl and the older guy who Im guessing is her boss set a very unpleasant and unprofessional setting.I did make a purchase to which I am satisfied with but I would personally like to see mouthpieces that havent been previously used and put in a container so I can try the vast array of liquids you have to offer without worrying who else had used them .Also a smile and a welcoming aurora from the staff wouldnt go a miss ... I mean is it that bad a place to work that customers are made to feel like an inconvenience?

The lads are great but the woman there is useless. Showed her my tank as I was buying a new coil and she still managed to sell me the wrong one. Very disappointed in the service.
Im sick and tired of going into this shop for a liquid and they never have it in stockThe person who orders the stock needs a kick up the backside. No doubt they have never smoked nor used e-cigarettes to quit because of they did they would know how important it is to keep stock of flavours bought by customers. Clearly selling out of a flavour means its popular ... SO RE-ORDER!! Or you WILL lose customersGlad to see they got rid of the miserable and girl aswell.. well hopefully they have as not seen her in a while, finally realised selling a product requires a certain amount of knowledge. Now at least I know when I do buy something I will get the right productNice new units however, shame you dont spend that money replenishing your stock
