Staff are friendly enough and do theyre job satisfactory.But a message to management, this is 2018 not 1918, to treat visiting drivers like something less than human is a disgrace. Basic sanitation ,that is soap and water after doing your business , would be a start.remember the saying use soap and water like you know you oughter!?

Absolute idiot of a drivery southbound a1 this morning in the 11 miles of roadworks the outside lane has a 6-6 width limit .as he passed me he caught my mirror luckily it did not smash .also he did not even fit in the lane .cars having to brake to let him pass. Not a professional driver if you ask me. Gj64gfk
