Before I retired my work brought me into contact with many letting agents throughout the Leicester area and during that time I was always impressed by the friendly and professional manner of Bradgate staff.So that when I became a landlord myself they were the obvious choice to manage my property.During the years that I have used Bradgate I have always been confident that they are looking after my interests and therefore I would be more than happy to recommend Bradgate Lettings to anyone.
Can't review them properly as they essentially ruined the past few months by constantly waisting my time during looking for a property. The agents we dealt with are an absolutely pathetic excuse of people.First issue we had, saw a property, was told we could view it. After 3 times, they couldnt apparently get the keys off the tenant. Fair enough I guess. Finally. 3 weeks later! We got a call, offered us a viewing. The viewing was 48 minutes away in GOOD traffic. I called to clarify the viewing was on, as they'd been pretty useless before. The agent said yes. Upon arriving to the house, after 2 hours in traffic because the only viewing they had was at 6pm. The agent called me, when I was outside, and told me they still didn't have the keys, after I called and checked. As if that was remotely okay, he didn't apologise. Neither did the agency. So all in that day, I spent over 3 hours driving and a full tank of fuel because of these idiots. Then to add to it (it gets worse haha) the property was taken off the website. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME, after arranging another viewing?!! And I found out myself. You have to question how that even happens. Because it isn't normal. So, we booked a viewing for another property, to which yet again???! The agent didn't turn up. The worst thing is they've lost so much money as I prefer pairing rent advance. So I tend to put down a year's straight up. I do not understand how these idiots operate, but it obviously isn't properly. The few I delt with are incompetent and are better suited to working in primark. Not handling important issues.
From initial conversation, sourcing a tenant to drawing up contracts, Everything was carried out in a most professional manner. The staff were also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
They don't fix the numerous amount of problems within the property but if they do, it usually takes about 4-5 months. The internet constantly crashes and I've been getting a download speed of below 0.6 mb/s this week as well. Then you get an email a few hours after you let them know it's crashed that it's back working when it clearly isn't. Overall they're terrible and literally do not care one bit about their overpaying tenants, so I wouldn't recommend giving them any of your money.
Great service. Well maintained properties. Any concerns have been dealt with promptly. I work with many estate agents and Bradgate have stood out as the best in all areas.
