Home made curry on a Monday for 3 and it tastes brilliant!
Very nice traditional pub. Lovely staff, massive selection of drinks including beer, ale, cider and gin. Having the food here is a must, whatever you choose from one of the many pub classics, no corners cut here. Quick and friendly service.
Decent Sunday lunch in canalside pub. Home cooked. Very busy.
Really nice pub. Normally quiet so a nice place if you don't like overcrowded, noisy pubs. Great selection of ales and excellent ciders. Nice area to sit outside and sometimes there are dicks/chickens roaming around.
Marvellous boaty geezer runs this place, keeps ducks. Does good beer and get reasonably priced and good curries on Mondays. The downstairs room where dogs are allowed is a tad grim, but the garden suited us on a June evening
